Holly Scott
Director – Patient and Clinic Liaison Manager
Holly Scott graduated in 2010 with a degree in International Business and Spanish and joined the Assured Fertility team as Patient and Clinic Liaison Manager in 2017.
Holly has over 18 years’ experience in the fertility industry. Prior to joining Assured, Holly worked within a number of clinics, where she helped to launch one clinics fertility service and then later, helping two consultants set up their own satellite clinic. Working within clinics has given her first hand experience of the fertility pathway and an in depth understanding of the clinical side to fertility treatment. Holly’s fertility knowledge allows her to build trust and rapport with patients in what can be an extremely emotional time and also allows her to deal efficiently with the clinics we work with. Holly prides herself on her customer service skills and believes this is critical in her role and for the company as a whole, as we believe this is one of our unique selling points against our main competitor.

Having previously worked in fertility clinics, dealing everyday with patients and their individual situations, I have a real understanding of what a patient experiences and what happens at each stage of the treatment. I thoroughly enjoy working within the fertility world and feel incredibly privileged to be able to share in our patients’ journeys and support them along the way in their IVF journey.”
Abbey Machin
Patient Coordinator
Abbey joined the Assured team to help guide patients on our partnering clinics and plans. With a background in client care and support, she is experienced in dealing with sensitive matters, extremely empathic and prides herself in helping others.

Charlotte Pritchard

Charlotte has recently re-joined the Assured team to help individuals and couples achieve their dreams of building a family. Previously working in the pharmaceutical and private healthcare industries, she is passionate about providing guidance and reassurance throughout the IVF process, ensuring every patient feels supported and informed at each stage of their journey.

Hollie has over 10 years of experience coordinating complex projects in the television industry. She enjoys helping both individuals and couples as they navigate what can often feel like a daunting process, offering clarity, organisation and compassionate guidance every step of the way.
